At Female Empire Collection, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• All tags and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will fully cover the return costs.

Return Shipping Deadline

After your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Returns sent after this period may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your order is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours after delivery via:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used beauty and hygiene products

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Would you like a different product?

Simply return your item and place a new order through our webshop.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is not collected from a pickup point or is refused upon delivery and automatically returned to us, we reserve the right to charge return and processing fees.

These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Klarna & Buy Now Pay Later Payments

For payments made through Klarna or other buy-now-pay-later providers, the payment obligation remains active until the return has been properly received and processed by us.

Any disputes must first be addressed with us before contacting the payment provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under European Union consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Loss in Value

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount based on the loss in value.

This may amount to the full purchase price.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

• You will receive a confirmation email

• Your refund will be processed within 3–10 business days through the original payment method

Abuse & Fraud
