At Female Empire Collection, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

Delivery Time

Our products are shipped directly from carefully selected suppliers.

The average delivery time is 7–14 business days.

In exceptional cases, such as holidays, carrier delays or high order volumes, delivery may take slightly longer.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Order Not Received

Has your order been marked as delivered, but you have not received it?

Please first check:

• With neighbors or household members

• Your mailbox

• Any local pickup points

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Packages

If an order is not collected from a pickup point or is refused upon delivery and automatically returned to us, we reserve the right to charge shipping, return and processing fees.

Liability

Female Empire Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of loss or damage during transport, we will always work towards an appropriate solution.
